The Community Centre chose the special May 25th Community Market as the ideal time to hold a long-planned art workshop, in the hope of increasing involvement of the towns young people in the centres activities.
Dominique Jones and Sophie Watts organised a morning of activities around the theme of “Painting the Town”, designed to produce a final collaborative artwork.
Those who attended had a great time and at the end everyone agreed that the clock tower painting produced was pretty impressive!
