Garden Coordinator – 10 Hours/Week [Fulfilled]

We have obtained short-term funding to develop our community garden, especially for children’s groups through the Social Value Forum and would like to appoint a Garden Coordinator for 10 hours a week. £10.50 an hour.

​You will work with our Family Centre, Stay and Play and the Library to develop projects and also with our volunteers in the garden and with other groups in Knighton such as Knighton in Bloom, the Teme Valley Environmental Group and Knighton Town Council.

This is a project with fantastic potential. We are looking for a person with a good knowledge of gardening, and the ability to work with other people and with community groups. A gardening qualification is desirable but not essential.
