After a more than twenty year break, professional wrestling makes a welcome return to Knighton Community Centre on Saturday October 19th. Promoter Rainbow Entertainments promises a great night out for all the family in the company of the likes of Mad Dog Max from Walsall, Magico and The Masked Destroyer, as well as the cream of Welsh Pro Wrestling talent, such as Kade Callous, Mean Tommy Dean and Stevie Starr from South Wales. The evening culminates with a Super Heavyweight Triple Tag Match involving six wrestlers in the ring together, the winners being the last team standing!
Doors open at 6.45pm and the show starts at 7.30pm. The bar will be open throughout and hot sausages in rolls will be available at the start of the evening.
Tickets are available now from Knighton Hotel and the Tower House Gallery, Knighton, priced at £10 for adults and £8 for children. Telephone 01686 640557 for more information. The promoters and the Community Centre management are hoping for a great turn-out and that this event may mark the return of top-class wrestling to Knighton after a long absence.
